Hello and welcome to the Comparisonitis - Keep your energy workshop.
This workshop focuses on our ability to choose where we place our focus and therefore our energy.
We always have the choice to either empower or disempower ourselves.
It is easy to fall into the trap of Comparisonitis and in that space, we forget our own strengths and majesty. This can drain our energy and lead to unnecessary suffering.
In this workshop we explore into ways to we can remain empowered, focused and in our own lane. This leads to a cycle of energy, motivation and success.
This workshop is approximately 2hrs and in that time we look at healthy and unhealthy manifestations of comparison. We dive deep to uncover old beliefs and change the narrative, to allow us to feel more self confident. We also anchor into our success state and how that FEELS, allowing for a reset, if we find we need this resource. We also learn tools to neutralise Comparisonitis, allowing us to stay empowered and on a level playing field in our minds.
This all brings about huge positive changes in all areas of our lives. I like to focus on how we can remain empowered and confident whilst in the environment of a strip club, however each area of our life impacts upon all areas of life. Therefore, you may find a blanket effect and see benefits reaching far beyond your initial expectation.
Following is some feedback from women who have already attended this workshop.
“Thank you so much for the mini course on Comparisonitis.
I never really thought too much about this when I was younger, and a show girl in the industry. Now that I am older and more focussed on hustling; I have struggled more with the “WHY them and not me?”
It was so good to learn new skills on how to approach the situation.
It was informative and got me REALLY EXCITED TO WORK AGAIN, which I’ve been really lacking in motivation!
It was a great reminder of what there is on offer within ourselves.
Thank you for teaching us in such an informative way, open and allowing us to ask questions.
You’re truely a star and I recommend more people become invested in their self development, as its truely the way to get the most out of life and this career.
“I just wanted to say how useful I found the Comparisonitis course.
At the moment I feel a lot of pressures in different areas of my life, that new making me compare myself to others in multiple situations.
Dancing, confidence, being 30, being single and living with my mum are to name a few!
The tool you showed us is something Im going to take some time to really reflect on and work out. Which comparisons are causing me not to even try, and see that actually I do have POSITIVES in that area too!
IT REALLY STUCK TO ME THAT WHEN WE ARE COMPARING, ITS USUALLY A QUALITY OR SKILL THAT WE HAVE IN OURSELVES TOO. I NEED TO REMEMBER THIS AND STOP PUTTING MYSELF DOWN!
Lots of love and thank you so much!”
I just wanted to say thank you for all of the courses you offer!
I did your Comparisonitis course on Thursday, worked on Saturday. I was feeling really flat and tired.
BUT EXCITED TO TRY OUR YOUR TEACHINGS, AND DID EXACTLY WHAT YOU TAUGHT AND WENT INTO ACTION.
AND WOW! I talked to the first customer and had a half hour booking. Second customer, had a one hour booking, THEN REBOOKED TWO EXTRA HOURS, TO THE END OF THE NIGHT.
I KEPT MY PERSISTENCE STRONG AND DIDN’T LOOK AT WHAT ANYONE ELSE WAS DOING.
I WAS IN MY OWN LANE AND NOT COMPARING OR LETTING ANYONE RUIN MY ENERGY.
Even in my long booking I didn’t even look around (which I normally do, hence why I think he kept booking) my energy stayed strong and I felt really in line.
Thank you so much for your teachings, highly recommend!
P.S. I DONT NORMALLY GET EXTENSIONS IN DANCES SO THAT WAS REALLY BIG FOR ME!”
